Romany Creams

The combination of coconut and chocolate has to be the most explosive combination of flavours in your mouth.
I've always loved Romany Creams and I absolutely love this recipe!


Ingredients 250 g butter 2 cup self-raising flour 2 tbs cocoa powder 1/2 cup boiling water 1 cup sugar 1 1/2 cup coconut

Method STEP 1 Cream butter and sugar. Add flour and coconut and mix in. STEP 2 Add cocoa dissolved in water and stir in until well combined. STEP 3 Drop teaspoonfuls of mixture onto a greased baking tray. STEP 4 Bake at 160C for 10 minutes. STEP 5 Sandwich together with melted chocolate or icing.
