A Simple but Tasty Grilled Pork recipe is ESSENTIAL to have in your grilling arsenal.
Some of my fondest childhood memories have come from meals at home with my moms famous Grilled Pork Chops.
She would always boil the meat before grilling it and serving with some hearty mash potatoes with cream.
This simple, tasty and filling meal is definitely one you'd like to keep for the holidays.
Ingredients
Pork Chops
Robertson shisanyama spice
Pepper
Salt
Mixed veggies
Olive oil
Method
(Preheat oven/griller at 180' degrees)
In a large pot with water, line in your chops on a medium hot stove. Add salt and leave to boil for 15mins.
When the pork chops are soft, drain water and line chops in a tray for marinating.
Marinate_ mix the police oil, pinch of salt and 2 spoons of Robertsons shisanyama spice and pepper together.
Brush over the meat.
In an ovenproof dish, drizzle olive oil and place your chops in and grill for 30mins. Turning the meat after 15mins.
