Sticky Chicken Drummetts

I'm typically an African woman who Loves, loves, LOVES some good old fashioned chicken

Aside from how great it tastes! Chicken is always a "safe" dish/meal to prepare. Whether you're catering for a Sunday shisanyama (barbaque) with friends or a quick healthy meal at home, you can't go wrong with chicken. 

Today I decided to make a Chicken Drummetts platter for dinner since I was quite tired to prepare anything that requires too much of my time. 

I've found that there are so many tasty marinades that you would find at your local supermarket, which helps making this dish that much quicker. 

Considering how tired I was today, from running errands and meeting with clients, I decided to make my own marinade using some products that I had in my fridge and pentary. 

It's always tricky creating new recipes because a huge part of cooking is measurements and of cause, taste.

Olive oil works great with marinades because it breaks down the thickness of your sources and spices. 

Tip: (boil Chicken Drummetts before marinating and roasting/grilling)
