We all would agree that one of the best things about being South African, is getting to endulge in our Braai-Vibes!
Yes! That's right, a good old fashioned "Pap n' Vleis" is what we call a good day at the Office in South Africa!

Whether you're celebrating a baby's christening or a 10th year wedding anniversary, a good old braai is just perfect to add to the celebration.
Here's how I've prepared my lamb chops for a Sunday Sundowner at home, using the grill and braise method.
Ingredients:
Lamb chops
Castle Barbeque Marinade
Paprika
Aromat
Pepper
Worcestershire sauce
Robertson Shisanyama Spice
Olive Oil
Method:
Prepare to marinade your meat by aligning your chops in a tray.
Spice with Aromat, pepper and a pinch of paprika.
You will need 6 table spoons of Worcestershire Sauce (depending on the number of chops you have)
Season with the Robertson Shisanyama spice
Drizzle 2 tablespoon of olive oil.
Marinade with the Castle Barbeque marinade.
Over your tray with cling wrap and let it soak for 50mins/1hr.
Grilling:
Preheat oven at 200' degrees.
Pour about 1/3 cup of water in your ovenproof dish. Place wire rack (cooling rack) over your dish.
Line your meat and grill till golden brown or medium rare.
Serving:
You can serve with Chakalaka, veggies, pap or chips.
